Final Promotion Run Update

Guys,

First off, we at FITTR Camp would like to thank those of you who showed up with enthusiasm to participate in our training session.

A total of 14 trainees showed up for this session and by far they were the most open group we've had. With one of our recruits, Bryan constantly using reverse psychology to help himself and the team get through the exercises. Instead of feeling pain and torture, laughter and fun was in the air. This is the beauty of such FITTR Boot Camp and just goes to prove that tough training can also be fun!

As trainers of the Camp, we were very satistifed with what the group had to offer us, pushing their treshold levels through every rep and second of yesterdays session. Well done and thank you guys!

Some photos will be up soon as im in the midst of editing them.

Next camp will be commencing on the 30th of June (Tuesday) at our regular spot (Bangsar Sports Complex, Jalan Terasek 6). Limited spots are available so be sure to drop us an e-mail at fittrcamp@gmail.com to book your space.

We are also looking for morning trainees who would like to train in Central KL area. So let us know if you're one of them and we can set up a Central KL BootCamp.

Till next time guys!

First Intake - June 2009

Guys,

If you pose an interest in our training camps, we are currently taking in trainees for our first intake which starts mid June ’09 (target to kick off 2nd week of June). A minimum group of 10 trainees is required to start off with the program so if you can get a bunch of friends and/or colleagues to join along, we can start straight off.

Every camp package goes on for 4 weeks and runs twice every week (8 sessions total). Regarding the days and timing of the sessions, it is ultimately dependant on the availability of both parties (trainer & trainee) as some of you may have different work and personal schedules. However, Zarah and I have slots to accommodate you on the following days;

Tuesday(evening/night)
Thursday(evening/night)
Saturday (morning, evening)
Sunday (All day)

It would be best if you could get in touch with us to discuss a possible day and time to best suit your needs.

Since our the main objective of our camps is to get as many people active as possible, we have agreed to set prices of sessions at a very low level. While we understand that there is a potential for bringing the training market down, our objective is larger than that. More importantly, you are the ones who will be at benefit.

As some of you may have seen that our roof price starts off at RM600 as posted on Face Book, Zarah and I have decided that a flat RM 300 (RM37.50/session) for 8 sessions is best to meet our objective. We will also be offering a first time PROMOTIONAL price at RM250 (RM 31.25/session) for 8 sessions for those who sign up for the June ’09 intake.

Those of you who have been thinking of getting active or know that it’s about time to make a change in your lifestyle or exercise patterns, we encourage you to take this opportunity to kick it off.

No matter what your goals are, whether it is to lose weight, get stronger, increase energy levels, improve confidence or simply wanting to spend a few more years with your loved ones, we'll help you get there!

Hope to hear from you guys soon! Contact details are on the ABOUT US section on the left side of this blog.

Till then.

Second Promotional Camp

Fellow friends,

As mentioned in the previous post, we will be having our second run on the 23rd of May 2009, 5.30 p.m at the Sports Complex in Bangsar (Jalan Terasek 6). This is in an effort to further promote our training camp which will be commencing in mid June 2009.

The roof price for our training camp is RM600 for 1 month ( two sessions a week), however we're offering a great, I repeat, GREAT deal for those of you starting up for our first intake. If you guys aren't sure about who we are and what we do, be sure to drop by for our second promo run. We'll give you the details on the first intake promo at our session on the 23rd.

All you need to get started is the desire, pair of your sports shoes, towel & bottles of water! Its as simple as that.

However, if you would like to start straight off (before our first intake in mid June), we'd be happy to start a camp just for you with a minimum of 10 campers. Dont hesitate to contact us for more details.

Till the next time!

First session update

Friends,

First of all, we'd like to thank every one who made it to our first training camp trial on Saturday which was held in Taman Tun. Response was not overwhelming as we sent out the notice late but I believe we did give those who showed up got their effort and times' worth.

The trainees were pretty much wiped out from our first leg of training (warm-up) which included short shuttle jogs and some dynamic stretching which included Zarah's signature cross over exercise. All in all the warm up lasted about 10 minutes and next up was the circuit.

In the circuit, we included some basic strengthening exercises which included walking lunges, push-ups, squats, bicycle crunches, caterpillars, a couple of sprints and a speed ladder exercises which took about 3 minutes to complete a single set.

We ran the circuit twice, since the guys were already looking kinda worked up from the first and we followed that by a 3 minute breather & drinks before starting the last leg of our workout which was partnered exercises such as crunches, our innovation Pulley with a Human Pillar, knee tucks in a plank position and finally squat + medicine ball chest pass. All of us finished off the day by stretching together, to get the muscles limber after a hard days work.

Total time of training was surprisingly, 1 hr 20 mins. Honestly guys, we had too many breaks! We could have done everything in 50 mins max.

Again, thank you everyone who participated & just for a heads up, we are having another free session for you guys who missed it last saturday. I'll be sure to post information regarding that decisions have been finalized, right here on fittrcamp.blogspot.com

Guys who participated, please leave some comments and suggestions if any regarding the session. Some photos will be posted soon.
